Mushroom Shawerma


  • 3 Pcs of yellow and red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Pc of onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Pack of beans (foul)
  • 1 Pc of tomato
  • 1 Clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 20 Pcs of fresh mushroom
  • 1 Tbsp spoon of vinegar
  • 1 KnorrĀ® Halal Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 3 Spoons of oil
  • Celery


  1. Bring a pan to medium heat and add oil.
  2. Add onions, bell peppers, celery and mushrooms to pan. Stir fry.
  3. Add stock cube, little water, tomatoes and vinegar and stir well.
