Book your travel plans now to spend the July 4th weekend in St. Louis for our 86th Annual Convention! The convention events will be held at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch. Located in the heart of downtown St. Louis, the hotel is directly across the street from the Gateway Arch and within walking distance to many other attractions.

Start your weekend on Thursday at the open rooftop with a direct view of the Gateway Arch while enjoying Lebanese food. Additionally, we will have banquet dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. Following both banquets, there will be live Arabic music and dancing with David Hakim and his band.

Our annual 5K Walk/Run to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be on Friday morning. Lunch will be provided following the event. In addition, the theme for our Friday night banquet will be “Salute to St. Jude”.

The Convention “All-Access Pass” includes: Lebanese food on Thursday night; Friday lunch following the St. Jude 5k Walk/Run; Friday and Saturday night banquet dinners and haflis; transportation and entry to your choice of either the world renowned St. Louis Zoo or the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tour on Saturday; coffee and Lebanese pastries on Sunday!

Early Redbird Special!

Arrive on Wednesday, June 29 and be a complimentary guest of President Joe Coury at the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. Game time is 6:45pm on Wednesday. Tickets will be provided prior to the game.

Fair St. Louis is a free event that will take place downtown during our convention creating an exciting atmosphere! The fair is celebrated July 2-4 with a variety of family-friendly entertainment including live music, parade, daily air shows, food vendors and a world class fireworks display on July 4.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update by signing in under your Eventbrite account.

Do I have to bring my registration confirmation to the event?

Yes!  You will need to either print your registration confirmation or present the electronic registration confirmation on your mobile device (EventBrite app download required).

The name on the registration doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. The name must match. Registrations are non-transferrable.
