 etwork and Exchange (S.H.I.N.E.)\, a non-profit youth organization with a 
 mission to put moral and life skill values into practice through social\, 
 financial\, and health-related programs that educate and empower youth age
 s 5-18\, will be hosting the first annual NC Muslim Festival in Center Cit
 y Park - Downtown Greensboro\, NC.\n\nOver 273K Muslims reside in North Ca
 rolina and something of this magnitude has never been done in our state\; 
 therefore\, we are expecting approximately 1K+ people statewide for the du
 ration of this event. The purpose of this event is to promote diversity. W
 e aim to do so by helping to build bridges with community members\, offer 
 an opportunity for civic pride\, as well as education. Muslims are our med
 ical professionals\, educators\, political-civic leaders\, financial advis
 ors\, as well as our neighbors so come support our cause and meet your Mus
 lim neighbor! There will be a variety of halal food\, merchandise\, and en
 tertainment showcased at this festival. This is a family oriented\, divers
 e community-wide event so bring your blankets\, lawn chairs\, prayer rugs\
 , and positive vibes!
