Yes, the 30-minute dinner is possible, but how often is it good? In the Spring 2020 edition of our 30 Minutes to Dinner series, you’ll learn to put a great dinner on the table—fast—by making three meals in half an hour each. With no special equipment or advanced skills needed, each recipe is designed to come together quickly and become a go-to in your dinner repertoire. You’ll see how to get maximum flavor out of a short ingredient list by using ingredients in multiple ways in our Spaghetti with Goat Cheese, Mint and Peas. You’ll learn how easy it is to play around with flavor profiles – while still ensuring perfect results – via our Moroccan Chicken Skewers. And you’ll get comfortable adding fish – and homemade herbed butter – to the weeknight rotation with our Roast Cod with Tahini-Herb Butter.
Recipes in this class include: Spaghetti with Goat Cheese, Mint and Peas; Moroccan Chicken Skewers; Roast Cod with Tahini Herb Butter
