Have you ever desired to learn a sacred dance that heals from the inside and out? A dance that awakens the divine feminine and that has brought women together for generations.
Come enjoy a Moment of peace and relaxation from the everyday stress of the world and in our personal lives while learning the ancient, sacred and powerful movements of Egyptian style dance also known as Raks Sharki, Middle Eastern Dance or Belly dance. There are many healing benefits that come from this ancient dance.

Krystal Nicole was inspired to start this class for awakening the divine within, empowering and healing through dance.Forgetting the opinion of others and realizing the important opinion of self.
Let’s reconnect with ourselves and most importantly let’s create a place where there is no judgement, a place we can be ourselves, a place to be free, a place to value each others inner and outer beauty, a place to heal.
This is a open level class!
No experience is needed!
Everyone is welcome to explore their inner Goddess!
We will be learning the basic and important foundational movements of Egyptian style dance while exploring different techniques to use this dance as a form of therapy and ways to uses these methods in your everyday life.

SOME INFO BEFORE COMING TO CLASS:
– arrive early to class (15 min grace period)
– Wear comfortable clothes
– Hip scarfs will be provided, if you have a hip scarf please feel welcome to bring it!
– Bring a yoga mat or a towel for warming up and cooling down
– If you feel sick it’s ok to stay home, we will miss you!
– Bring your open heart and open mind and let’s get ready to dance!
