It’s the summer of 2023 and it is that time again for “The Hafla in The Park” come join us and enjoy a afternoon of mesmerizing Middle Eastern dance performances at the historical and beautiful Malcolm X park in DC. A Hafla means party in Arabic so come out and see the local dancers perform, get inspired, connect and party with us for this special occasion at very special place!

Last year these dancers put on an amazing show come see what they have planned for 2023!

🪘🌻After the show there will be open dancing which is open to everyone!

Musicians are very appreciated and welcome to join in!

After we will be hanging around from

3pm – 8pm and you are more than welcome to accompany us!

🅿️parking is not the best here but sometimes there are spots available along 15th st and 16th st 🅿️

➡️if you are not able to walk up stairs to get to the event, you can reach the upper level of the park by entering through the 15th st side.⬅️

☀️feel free to bring a blanket or small chair, there are seats available along the wall in the park but may fill up quick ☀️
