 braham. Featuring raffles\, with prizes include subscriptions to Lux\, sig
 ned books\, totebags and more.\n\nThe IFJ Safety Fund offers financial ass
 istance in a range of emergency cases such as threats\, violence and threa
 ts thereof\, prosecution\, settlement in exile and illness.\n\nAccording t
 o its president Nasser Abu Bakr\, "The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate i
 s a professional\, non-governmental organization with a pluralistic charac
 ter and an independent legal personality. It represents the comprehensive 
 trade union framework for all Palestinian journalists inside and outside P
 alestine. Its main headquarters is in Jerusalem\, the capital of the State
  of Palestine\, and it has other branches in the Palestinian governorates.
