In honor of Black History Month, Black Scroll Network History & Tours will be conducting two public tours of the African & African American exhibits at the museum. The first hour of the tour will focus on the artifacts in the galleries of ancient Egypt and West & Central Africa.

The second hour of the tour will focus on the art and culture of African descendants in the Americas, especially within the United States.

Please join these special tours for Black History Month to get a unique insight on the cultural connections between African & African American art & history.

We Meet at the John R. Entrance of the Detroit Institute of Art at 6pm.
The Museum is FREE to all Wayne, Oakland, & Macomb County residents.
The Tour Fee is $20.

Although this tour takes place at the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA), neither Black Scroll Network History & Tours nor historian and Tour Leader Jamon Jordan are employed by the DIA. We are a History Tour Business with an EXPERTISE in African & African American culture and history.
