DESCRIPTION:JACKSONVILLE\, FL\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us the weekend of J
 uly 11-13 as we come together in this time of hardship as one family to de
 monstrate unity and solidarity with our people.\n\nThis year’s conventio
 n will directly benefit our brothers and sisters in Palestine\, as proceed
 s will go towards our Medical Mission’s humanitarian efforts in Palestin
 e.\n\nWe’re excited to offer many exciting educational and cultural acti
 vities for all ages! There will be programs designed for middle school and
  high school students\, as well as a party for young adults. We’ll also
  be hosting several current affairs and advocacy panels with special gues
 t speakers. Friday night will see renowned performer Amer Hlehel performin
 g his award-winning play Taha\, a story about a young boy's experience in 
 the Nakba.\n\nThe convention will take place at the Marriott Sawgrass in P
 onte Vedra. All hotel reservations MUST be done through registration using
  the link provided*. The hotel will NOT honor any reservations done outsid

 esses to purchase space in the convention ad book or to sponsor one of the
  many exciting programs and activities at the convention. Members have a c
 hance to be part of history and make a lasting impact on the FIRST-EVER co
 nvention hosted entirely by the AFRP. Additionally\, the proceeds from thi
 s convention will directly support our brothers and sisters in Gaza and th
