 nds. Hallucinations of fabric flowing and delicate belly flutters float in
  the crisp air and melt into the essence of  the musicians. The tone is s
 et with lacing violin melodies around rhythmic percussion\, which frees th
 e spirit of dance. The moment has slowed as traces of beauty artfully lift
  from dancer's fingertips. The dancers\, embody all that this moment deepl
 y is: soulful. The union of music and dance is art flowing freely with non
 -attachment of anything other than this very pause in time. And it lasts..
 .forever ….. in this paused silence between the beats of the drum.\n\nTH
 E DANCERS:\n\nSisters Of The Moon consists of Kareesha Willow and Leilain
 ia Marcus\, as well as their students and dance friends. The name is a tri
 bute to their mother's dance troupe of 13 women called "Sisters Of The Moo
 n" in El Paso in the 1970s-80s. Kareesha and Leilainia have been dancing t
 ogether since they were in their mother's wombs and are delighted to share
  the art of dance and movement.\n\nTHE MUSIC:\n\nGolden Groove Band: This
  band moves from jazz to middle eastern rhythms seamlessly with the compel
 ling compositions of Daniel Rivera The improvisational layered moments of
  their live performances are not only entertaining but also steeped in a r
