 e founder of Slow Factory\, a 501c3 public service organization addressing
  the intersecting crises of climate justice and social inequity — fillin
 g the gap for climate adaptation and preparedness\, building community pow
 er through open education\, narrative change and regenerative design. As a
  part of this work\, Slow Factory produces a conference series promoting s
 ustainability literacy called Study Hall\, the first science-driven incuba
 tor in fashion called One X One\, and a range of other offerings.\n\nCéli
 ne writes for New York Mag: The Cut\, Elle\, Refinery29\, Huffington Post\
 , among other publications. Her work has been featured in the New York Tim
 es\, CNN Vogue\, Refinery29\, Scientific American\, Fast Company\, Teen Vo
 gue and many other outlets. Her first book\, A Woman is a School\, was rel
 eased this September as the first book in Slow Factory's book imprint Book
 s for Collective Liberation.
