 eans "My Home" in Arabic\, Deena shares the recipes of her youth with a pu
 rpose- to educate and uplift Palestinian culture and heritage\, while recl
 aiming the foods stolen and appropriated by the occupation and oppression 
 of her people.\n\nDuring this special evening of conversation and educatio
 n\, Jinan will serve a take on Palestine's national dish\, Msakhan\, which
  is a flatbread topped with caramelized sumac onions and chicken or vegeta
 bles as well as an assortment of fruit juices.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
