DESCRIPTION:Cleveland\, OH\nPlease join Birzeit Society for a cooking class
 . We will teach you how to make the mouth watering dish Wara Dawali\, or r
 olled grape leaves\, from scratch. This dish uses simple ingredients and b
 ig flavor to create a belly warming dish that is sure to impress at your n
 ext dinner party. Ditch the canned stuff and let us show you how to make a
  dish you'll want to create over and over again.\n\nThe primary ingredient
 s for this dish are rice\, beef and grape leaves. We can show you how to m
 ake a vegetarian version as well if you would like.\n\nThis class will tak
 e place in a home kitchen. We'll show you how to make the stuffing and the
 n how to roll grape leaves. We'll all roll the grape leaves together. We'l
 l show you how they're placed in the pot to boil and they'll all boil whil
 e we share with you a bit about Palestinian history and culture. We'll als
 o share information about great side dishes to serve with your grape leave
 s dish.\n\nOnce the food is done we'll get to try the grape leaves and eac
 h of you can go home with a Tupperware to eat right away or freeze for lat
 er.\n\nEveryone is welcome at our event\, including children. If you have
