 hrough his art. With deep roots in the rich and diverse traditions of Jord
 an\, Palestine\, Lebanon\, Syria\, and Iraq\, Ayyad's work is a vibrant ce
 lebration of the region’s history\, flavors\, and stories. His culinary 
 path began at the prestigious Les Roches Culinary School in Jordan\, where
  he not only refined his technical skills but also cultivated a deep respe
 ct for the cultural significance of food.\n\nAyyad’s experiences have ta
 ken him far beyond his homeland\, offering him the opportunity to work in 
 some of the world’s most dynamic kitchens\, from Hong Kong to the bustli
 ng streets of New York City. He has had the privilege of learning from cul
 inary masters such as Nobu Matsuhisa and Jean-Georges\, whose influence ca
 n be seen in his innovative approach to blending tradition with modernity.
