DESCRIPTION:MN. Body Watani Dance will offer an open-to-all movement worksh
 op\; 'Watani' means 'my homeland' in Arabic. Developed by two Palestinian 
 sisters\, Leila &amp\; Noelle Awadallah\, Body Watani Dance invites partic
 ipants to explore how reflections on homelands near and far impact the way
  we move in our lives in relation to place and memories. They will also sh
 are a Palestinian (Levantine) folk dance called Dabke with participants wh
 ich has become an in-motion-symbol of embodying Palestinian solidarity and
  resistance through footwork rhythms.
