 d is a distinguished figure with a rich history of advocacy and leadership
 . As the Founder of the Board for the Arab American Civil Rights League (A
 CRL)\, Ayad has played a crucial role in promoting civil rights. He served
  as a Michigan Civil Rights Commissioner from December 2008 to December 20
 11 and holds positions on various advisory councils\, including the Adviso
 ry Counsel on Arab and Chaldean Affairs for the State of Michigan. Ayad's 
 extensive involvement includes roles in organizations such as the Arab-Ame

 .\n\nNajah Bazzy\, Founder and CEO\, Zaman International\n\nNajah Bazzy\, 
 RN\, PhD hc\, is an internationally recognized healer\, humanitarian\, int
 erfaith leader\, healthcare consultant\, and founder of Zaman Internationa
 l. The nonprofit organization near Detroit empowers marginalized women and
  children to break the cycle of poverty and has helped more than 3.5 milli
 on people in 26 countries since 2010. She has been recognized worldwide\, 
 including as one of USA Today’s Women of the Year in 2023\, one of the t
 op six Muslim female thought leaders by Global Woman Magazine in 2022\, in
  People Magazine’s Women Changing the World issue in 2020\, and as a 201
 9 Top Ten CNN Hero. She and her family appeared in the PBS film “Muhamma
 d: Legacy of a Prophet\,” which was viewed by over 15 million people whe
 n it premiered in the U.S. and has been seen by hundreds of millions world
 wide.\nSaid Arikat\, Washington Bureau Chief\, Al Quds Daily Newspaper\nSa
 id Arikat\, a prominent Palestinian journalist and Washington bureau chief
  for Al-Quds newspaper. Apart from his journalistic endeavors\, he has bee
 n an adjunct professor at the American University and served as the spokes
 person for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq. A familiar figu
 re at U.S. State Department press briefings\, Arikat has engaged in spirit
 ed exchanges with State Department Spokespersons\, advocating for the Pale
 stinian community. While facing criticism for his perceived Palestinian bi
 as\, he remains committed to reporting on critical issues\, notably the Ga
 za War and the occupation of Palestine.\nZeina Azzam\, Palestinian America
 n Poet\nZeina Azzam is a Palestinian-American poet\, writer\, editor\, and
  community activist. She is the Poet Laureate of the City of Alexandria\, 
 Virginia\, for 2022-2025. Her chapbook\, Bayna Bayna\, In-Between\, was re
 leased in 2021 by The Poetry Box. Her poems appear in journals\, webzines\
 , and anthologies including Pleiades\, Mizna\, Gyroscope\, Cutleaf Journal
