In this hands-on class with Chef Karen, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Moroccan menu using high-quality ingredients and time-honored Moroccan recipes and flavor profiles.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a sweet potato and lentil tagine brought to life with fresh herbs and lime, a classic chicken tagine featuring a fragrant sauce and jammy apricots and figs, a heavily spiced couscous salad with currants and almonds, and a beautifully exotic Moroccan orange blossom dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
