Across three courses, discover authentic Moroccan cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kelly.
For the first course, you’ll learn how to prepare a healthy and refreshing artichoke and herb salad drizzled with mint, olive oil and lemon. Then, you’ll dive into an aromatic chicken tagine with dried apricots, almonds, tomatoes, paprika, herbs and couscous. For dessert, you’ll learn how to prepare a unique tahini ice cream using sugar, milk heavy cream and vanilla.
