Experience hands-on culinary training as Chef Yasmina guides you through creating a classic Moroccan chicken tagine and other traditional dishes.
First, Chef Yasmina will teach you how to prepare your choice of one of two appetizers; a savory roasted pepper salad tossed with tomato and zesty Moroccan spices, or a fresh cooked eggplant and tomato salad. Then, you’ll learn how to make a traditional Moroccan favorite, chicken tagine with potatoes. End the evening with warm and sweet dessert crêpes paired with a refreshing mint tea.
