Join us for an interactive and hands-on cooking class with Chef Patty from The Mad Table. In this class you will learn how to make four popular Lebanese recipes to add to your next mezze platter. Crispy falafels made with chickpeas, fresh herbs, and spices, easy to make creamy hummus, tabbouleh with an orange vinaigrette and a zaatar yogurt sauce to drizzle over everything is on the menu! In addition, you will learn some tips and tricks to be able to whip this spread any day of the week.

Groups may sit together at a table with a glass of wine to enjoy their creation!

You will receive a complimentary glass of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages.

This class is open to adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.

Patty Morrell-Ruiz, is chef and founder of The Mad Table, a brand created to inspire people to discover and enjoy the importance of food as a social medium, as well as to love amazing food. She’s big on finding that perfect balance between healthy and delicious (without compromising flavor or quality) to share with her clients and audience.

Chef Patty wears many hats- she is a cooking instructor and a professional food stylist, she hosts bi-weekly live healthy cooking episodes for Avmed Health, and is currently working on her first cookbook, The Best of Cuba, the book will be released in 2022.
