DESCRIPTION:Take a walk through the streets of historic East Dearborn with 
 a local guide as they introduce you to a variety of organizations and busi
 nesses that call this district home today. You will see historic architect
 ure\, innovative arts spaces and even a Smithsonian Affiliate Museum.\n\nW
 hether you’ve lived in the area your whole life or are visiting for the 
 first time\, this tour will provide you with a better understanding of Eas
 t Dearborn’s past and present and leave you excited for its future.\n\nT
 otal Walking Distance = ~1.5 miles\n\nAdvance ticket registration is requi
 red\n\nParking: Parking will be quickest and easiest behind the Arab Ameri
 can National Museum at 13624 Michigan Ave\, Dearborn\, MI 48126\, which is
  also where the tour will end.\n\nWeather Policy:\n\nTours will occur inde
 finitely\, rain or shine\, unless a severe weather warning is issued by th
 e national weather service on the date of the tour for the time of the tou
 r. Weather related cancellation or ticket transfer requests will not be ap
 proved unless submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the event start ti
 me. If a severe weather warning or event causes the tour to be cancelled\,
  City Institute will offer to transfer participant tickets to another date
