DESCRIPTION:"Take a walk through the streets of historic East Dearborn with
  a local guide as they introduce you to a variety of organizations and bus
 inesses that call this district home today. You will see historic architec
 ture\, innovative arts spaces and even a Smithsonian Affiliate Museum.\n\n
 Whether you’ve lived in the area your whole life or are visiting for the
  first time\, this tour will provide you with a better understanding of Ea
 st Dearborn’s past and present and leave you excited for its future.\n\n
 Total Walking Distance = ~1.5 miles\n\nAdvance ticket registration is requ
 ired\n\nParking: Parking will be quickest and easiest behind the Arab Amer
 ican National Museum at 13624 Michigan Ave\, Dearborn\, MI 48126\, which i
 s also where the tour will end.\n\nWeather Policy:\n\nTours will occur ind
 efinitely\, rain or shine\, unless a severe weather warning is issued by t
 he national weather service on the date of the tour for the time of the to
 ur. Weather related cancellation or ticket transfer requests will not be a
 pproved unless submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the event start t
 ime. If a severe weather warning or event causes the tour to be cancelled\
 , City Institute will offer to transfer participant tickets to another dat
