• Friday, February 17, 2023
• Doors open at 4:30 for VIPs, Evergreen Rotarians & Guests
• Doors open at 5:00 pm for general public
• Fajita & Shrimp Jambalaya buffet starts at 5:15 pm and ends at 6:45 pm. Tunisia’s Karen (vocalist) and Tim (Keyboards) performing slow, sultry, jazz/blues during dinner in the Clubhouse. Those wanting a quieter atmosphere can reserve seats in the Big Easy VIP Room.

• 7:00 pm Welcome from Rotary President
• Tunisia plays from 7:15 pm until 10:15 pm; Heads or Tails game played at break around 8:30 pm. Must purchase gizmo to play for $20; $300 cash prize.
• $35 per person gets you in the door; $73 per person gets you in the door and the Fajita & Shrimp Jambalaya food buffet. Cash bar.
• Reserved VIP tables next to dance floor available at additional cost/add on
• BUFFET MENU: (subject to change): Fajitas with fixings, Shrimp Jambalaya.
