 oming First Friday Dupont Circle Art Walk and explore our current exhibit
 ion A River Flows Downstream in its last month!\n\nA River Flows Downstr
 eam takes viewers on a journey along rivers ranging from Tunisia to Iran
  through the work of 8 participating artists who invite audiences to enga
 ge with the shifting ecological and cultural landscapes that they photogra
 ph. The works on display underscore the interdependence between the natura
 l world and humanity and how crucial this relationship is to the future of
  both worlds.\n\nA River Flows Downstream is curated by Roï Saade and pr
 esented with Tribe. It is free and open to the public. The works presente
 d in the exhibition are available to view online. Visitors can also acces
 s the virtual curator tour here.\n\nThe MEI Art Gallery's regular hours a
 re M-F from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Walk-ins are welcome or you can make a time
 d appointment on our site. The exhibition is up until November 17\, 2023

 di (Lebanon/Iraq).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE CURATOR\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRoï Saade: is an interdisciplinary artist int
 erested in the intersectionality between graphic design\, photography\, an
 d the arts. Saade is interested in finding and creating ways to resist sys
 tems of domination and inequality. As a photographer\, Saade’s work atte
 mpts to investigate individual and collective identity through the documen
 tation of social and personal encounters. Saade is currently a research as
 sociate at Access in the Making Research Lab at Concordia University\, Mon
 treal. His photography work has been exhibited in museums and galleries in
  Canada\, Jordan\, Lebanon and New York.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
