SUMMARY:Exotic Moroccan Ontario Cooking Class
DESCRIPTION:As it happens\, in Toronto\, we are very fortunate to be able t
 o source most of the ingredients required to create a wonderful Exotic Mor
 occan meal. \n\nIn this hands-on class\, we will work together on a 3-cour
 se meal that will include a tagine\, couscous and other dishes using prese
 rved lemons\, pomegranate seeds\, orange blossom water and more.\n\nAfter 
 the preparation\, our chef will plate the meal and the students will be se
 ated to enjoy their creations. Please BYO wine if you would like to add to
  the enjoyment of your meal\n\nClass Time: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm\n\nDue to th
 e regulation constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic\, proof of d
 ouble vaccination and your identification must be provided before beginnin
 g the class. In addition\, masks are worn during the cooking part of the c

 Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. You'll work wit
 h other students in a fun\, hands-on environment led by our professional c
 hef instructors.\n\nHands-on classes led by an experienced Chef\n\nLearn f
 undamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking\n\nWork side-by-side wit
 h other students to prepare each dish\n\nInteract with the Chef for a rich
  learning experience\n\nClasses are 2 to 2.5 hours unless otherwise noted 
 above\n\nHeld in our state of the art catering facility\n\nIntimate classe
 s\, limited to 10 participants\n\nNOTES: \n\nGuests are welcome to BYO win
 e.\n\nMenus may not be the same as stated in the overview due to seasonali
 ty and availability of ingredients. However\, the final menu will remain f
 aithful to the theme of the course.\n\nIf\, due to unforeseen circumstance
 s\, this class has to be moved to another date\, you will be notified at l
 east 2 working days before the class. \n\nThere is no refund for the class
 . However\, if for any reason you have to cancel the course\, and you let 
 us know 5 working days before the scheduled class\, you can reschedule for
  another class of your choice.\n\nIf you have to cancel at the last minute
