What you’ll learn in this international cooking class:
Moroccan cuisine is a melting pot of flavors – representing the Arabic, Andalusian, Mediterranean and other influences that are connected with its culture.
Its this mixing and mingling of different dishes and worlds that make Moroccan food so delicious, and so complex. Join us as we dive into the world of Moroccan cuisine, making more well-known dishes like couscous, as well as traditional foods like Zaalouk.
- Couscous with seven vegetables
- Chicken with preserved lemon and olives
- Labneh cheesecake
