 utive Chef and Head Brewer are brining you a very special event!\n\nWhat t
 o expect:\n\n&#x1f37a\; - A TON of delicious beers\n\n&#x1f958\; Delicious
  Dishes\n\n*** Sides ***\n\n- Tabbouleh vibrant salad featuring finely c
 hopped parsley\, mint\, tomatoes\, and onions\, with bulgur wheat\, all to
 ssed in a zesty lemon juice and olive oil dressing\n\n- House made Hummus
  spread made from cooked\, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini (sesame p
 aste)\, lemon juice\, and garlic\, typically garnished with olive oil\, pa
 prika\, and parsley\n\n* Head Brewer Russ' FAMOUS fakasha bread \n\n- Le
 banese rice pilaf made by toasting broken vermicelli noodles in butter or
  olive oil until golden brown. Long-grain rice or basmati rice is then sau
 téed in the fat\, cooked in water or broth\, and seasoned with salt\n\n**
 * Mains ***\n\n- Shish Tawook skewered chicken dish. The chunks of chick
 en are marinated in yogurt\, lemon juice\, garlic\, and spices\, then gril
 led to juicy perfection.\n\n- Shish kebab marinated\, cubed beef and veg
 etables grilled on skewers. The beef is marinated to tenderize with ingred
 ients yogurt\, lemon\, and spices\, and then grilled alongside vegetables 
 (bell peppers\, onions\, and tomatoes).\n\n- Kafta kabobs (also known as
  kofta or kefta) seasoned ground meat— (beef) — mixed with finely minc
 ed onions\, fresh parsley\, and warm spices. The beef is molded into oblon
 g shapes\, on flat skewers\, and grilled over hot coals\n\n$27 and you wil
 l be served: Rice\, hummus\, tabbouleh and your choice of 2 skewers and 1 
 draft of beer (we recommend Habibi)\n\n&#x1f5d3\;&#xfe0f\; Date: Saturday
