 i Oil. We'll discuss how this versatile and healthy recipe can be adapted 
 to accommodate everyone from vegans to carnivores\, and how to stock it wi
 th fresh\, local produce. And if you love comfort food\, you can order it 
 from Melissa! She is the owner of Enchanted Cottage Kitchen\, Vallejo’s 
 first Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO)\, which offers prepar
 ed food made in a licensed home kitchen. After cooking\, participants will
  be invited to sit down and enjoy lunch together\, while Melissa answers q
