In this class, you will learn how to make three classic Mediterranean small plates that will please both vegetarians and omnivores alike! We will make hummus, tabbouli, stuffed grape leaves from scratch, paired with home-made pita chips. You will learn the art of plating, garnishing your masterpiece with olives, pickled turnips, and roasted red bell peppers for colorful and vibrant plate. Chef Paulina, an expert in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, will be your chef instructor and hostess this evening at this fun-filled cooking class hosted in her spacious home kitchen. Bring your favorite wine, beer, or champagne and let’s get this mezze party going!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
