 se and we have been cooking these type of food weekly. I would love to sha
 re with you healthy and easy ways to eat this delicious food.\n\nWe will l
 earn:\n\nFalafel (air fried and pan fried)\nTabbouleh\nTahini sauce\nThe c
 lass will be done at CB Health and Wellness Center on August 8th at 6:30pm
 .CB Health &amp\; Wellness center is located at 305 East 119th street\, NY
  NY 10035\n\nThere are 7 tables\, and each table will be cooking all the r
 ecipes of the class.\n\nThe teacher will be cooking and showing you all th
 e steps to create the perfect meal and you will following the same steps.\
 n\nOnce we all finish\, we will be tasting our creations and talking about
  our experience.\n\nIt is suggested that you bring a small container to ta
 ke home some of the leftovers... there are always leftovers!\n\nAfter all 
 the recipes are done everybody will be tasting the recipes they made and t
 alking about their experience\n\nAn evening to spend with friends and to h
 ave a great time after work. Space is limited to up to 7 people.\n\nThere 
 will also be gloves \, alcohol and antibacterial soap.\n\nI promise you wi
 ll have a great experience and taste a great dish.\n\nSee you soon!"
