 e. Join DC-based yoga instructor Jessica Mahler at 10am Saturday\, June 20
 th\, 2026 this International Day of Yoga for an all-levels yoga class in s
 upport of Palestine. Specifically Al-Jawad Camp\, a free educational camp 
 for displaced children in central Gaza since their schools were destroyed.
  They offer psychological support\, entertainment\, art classes\, &amp\; p
 rovide school bags\, stationery\, clothes\, food\, water\, &amp\; toys. Ho
 wever\, due to the closure of the crossings\, prices have become very high
  &amp\; obtaining these items has become very difficult.\n\nAl-Jawad Camp 
 has been forced to do so much with so little. The future of Gaza depends o
 n how we support the children in this moment. Which is why in place of cel
 ebrating the United Nations-sponsored International Day of Yoga (IDY) holi
 day\, we will reappropriate IDY in solidarity with Palestinians facing ong
 oing occupation\, genocide\, and displacement.\n\nGuest speaker Palestinia
 n activist and Chef Jinan Deena of Bayti will offer opening and closing re
 marks.\n\nPlease bring a yoga mat\, water bottle &amp\; an open heart\, &a
 mp\; donate whatever you can to help the children of Gaza have a future.\n
