Join us for the launch of Dr. Debbie Almontaser’s new book, Leading While Muslim: The Experiences of American Muslim Principals After 9/11, with a panel discussion of post-9/11 Islamophobia and its impact on American Muslim leaders as seen through the lens of Muslim public school principals. Dr. Almontaser, NYU Professor of Educational Leadership Gary Anderson, and HuffPost’s Rowaida Abdelazizare moderated by BHS Oral Historian, Zaheer Ali.
This conversation takes place in celebration of the release of the book, Leading While Muslim: The Experiences of American Muslim Principals After 9/11.
