 n this interactive\, hands-on class.\n\nThe class will include a dinner fe
 aturing the dishes prepared in the class\, hibiscus iced tea\, and a knafe
 h dessert.\n\nIn this Class You Will:\n\nTake part in hands-on preparation
  of lahm bi ajin and zaatar manakish\, and learn the secrets of perfecting
  tomeya\, and tabouleh salad\nLearn about the health benefits of the Medit
 erranean Diet and the ingredients used in class\nEnjoy a dinner featuring 
 dishes prepared in class\, hibiscus iced tea\, and a knafeh dessert\nFree 
 Wine tasting included  \n— TIPS —\n\nWe strongly suggest comfortable a
 ttire and shoes as you will be working and enjoying your meal in our actua
 l commercial kitchen - there are no seats. The same kitchens as Banan\, Th
 e Local General Store\, Milk Market\, Tali's Bagels\, Middle Eats\, Ohana 
 Nui\, and Little Sparrow to name a few. A unique experience before our cla
 sses move into our state-of-the-art HANA Show Kitchen.\n\n****************

 *****************\n\n\n— ACCESS —\n\nOur facility is in the old Palomi
 no's space on the 3rd floor of Harbor Court. The front doors are on Queen 
 Street Side- up the long staircase.\n\nElevator: located to the left of PA
 I on the Plaza level or from the building's public parking (press 3rd or B
 anquet Floor).\n\nOur staff will escort you into our commercial kitchen fr
 om the front entrance.\n\n— PARKING —\n\nThere is plenty of parking in
  Harbor Court on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking is located on 
 Bethel Street. It is municipal\, so the rates are very attractive- CASH ON
 LY\, no validation. Alternatively\, there is street parking around the bui
 lding\n\n— REFUND POLICY —\n\nDue to limited seating and the upfront c
 osts of food and its preparation\, our cooking classes and events are fina
 l and non-refundable.\n\nPlease note that our refund policy is firm\, even
  through the Covid 19 pandemic. Please think of signing up for our classes
  like you would purchasing a concert ticket—you can always send someone 
 else in your place\, but refunds cannot be issued.\n\nAlternatively\, you 
 may reach out to us\, and we will try our best to sell the seats on your b
 ehalf. If we're able to do so\, a future credit to a scheduled cooking cla
 ss will be issued.\n\n*Refunds will only be issued if Hana Kitchen needs t
 o shut down/cancel events due to Covid or other unforeseen events.\n\nWe a
 ppreciate your understanding that this is how we are able to maintain our 
 business and staff and provide boutique-style service executed at the high
