  a brilliant Masterclass\, offered in person at Made in Hackney headquarte
 rs.\n\nAt this masterclass you will:\n\n 	Learn how to make a vegan Shaks
 huka\, a popular Middle Eastern breakfast dish since the Ottoman Empire\n
  	Learn how to make Gözleme\, the mouth-watering Turkish flatbread that 
 dazzled the London street food scene\n 	Learn how to make Turkish carrot 
 yogurt dip\, a meze dish that is a best kept secret: Turkish families usua
 lly only have the pleasure to eat in the home\n 	Learn to cook a nutritiou
 s and gluten free herb omelette with gram flour\n 	Create flavourful spr

 ow returning to 'family style' cooking with everyone cooking and sharing w
 orkstations. This creates more of a communal and interactive experience\,

 lass are provided.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Emel Ernalbant:\n\nEmel is
  an Istanbul-born food and travel photographer who completed her vegan che
 f training in The Vegan Chef School. She wrote her first book ’50 Madded
 e Veganlık’ with Hazal Yılmaz\, published in Turkey. Emel has worked w
 ith refugee and local children at the Syrian border of Turkey\, teaching a
 nalogue photography. She also has an allotment and is a very busy vegan pe
 rmaculture grower. Her dream is to build a plant-based community kitchen i
 n the border city Mardin in the South East of Turkey\, and introduce plant
 -based food and growing vegetables to young generations.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWh
