 minute documentary The Killing of Shireen Abu Akleh followed by a Media Li
 teracy Workshop.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn May 11\, 2022\, Shireen Abu Akleh — Pal
 estinian-American journalist and beloved face of Al Jazeera Arabic — was
  shot and killed by Israeli occupation forces while covering their raids o
 n the Jenin Refugee Camp in the West Bank. She was doing her job. She was 
 targeted for it.\n\nJoin us for a screening of the 38-minute Al Jazeera En
 glish Fault Lines documentary The Killing of Shireen Abu Akleh (2022\,
  dir. Majdi Bannoura) — followed by a discussion led by Jennifer Zachar
 ia\, a local Palestinian-American writer and human rights lawyer— and Sh
