Get ready for your taste buds to be awakened by the fabulous flavors of the Middle East. We’ll start with Baba Ghanouj, a smoky roasted eggplant spread, then it’s on to Hummus, probably the most popular Middle Eastern dip. Bake your own Pita Bread to accompany the dips….yes, it’s a fun and easy bread to make! Rounding out the menu are Stuffed Grape Leaves (“Dolma”) and Lemon Mint Slushie (“Limonana”).

What is the cancellation policy (updated 2/1/23)?
Cancelling more than two weeks before class: Full refund
Cancelling less than two weeks, but more than four days before class: 50% of your ticket price gets credited toward a future class. For gift certificates, 50% will be credited back to the gift certificate.
Cancelling less than four days before class: No refund or credit, including for gift certificates
What should I bring into to the class?
Just bring yourself and a beverage, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, if you wish (I provide water – still and sparkling). I provide aprons, equipment, copies of recipes and the food. Occasionally we will have leftovers, so feel fring to bring a reusable container if you want to bring food home.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is plenty of street parking available. My address is 2 Oakmount Circle – first house on the left when you turn onto Oakmount (gray cape cod w/ yellow door).
