Exercising is a great way for people to maintain bone density and muscle mass. This 30-minute class is great for those wanting to get back into an active lifestyle or need to keep active later in life. We cover a short warm up, dance technique / guided movement, and complete with gentle stretching. Stay active with movement!
This class runs every Tuesday from 4:30pm to approximately 5:00pm. Only purchase ONE ticket for the entire 6 week program. Maximum 13 enrollments. Wear comfortable workout type clothing- Please NO jeans, barefoot or socks are acceptable. Bring your friends! Everyone welcome! All body types and genders can participate.
