DESCRIPTION:Middletown\,  NY\n\nFor over five months\, Middletown resident
 s and neighboring community members have stood unwavering in their commitm
 ent to spreading awareness about the ongoing violence.\n\nThis rally serve
 s as a powerful platform for connection and collaboration\, bringing toget
 her local individuals\, organizations\, and advocates dedicated to driving
  positive change – both within our community and globally.\n\nCome be pa
 rt of this vibrant\, non-partisan movement. Meet fellow advocates\, engage
  in meaningful conversations\, and contribute to the grassroots energy tha
 t has been building up in Middletown and across the Hudson Valley.\n\nIf y
 ou live in proximity to Middletown\, NY\, this is your chance to get invol
 ved in the Hudson Valley as we work together in bringing attention to the 
 need for Palestinian liberation.\n\nJoin us SUNDAY from 12-1:30pm\, as we 
 meet behind the guardrails at the intersection of Route 211 &amp\; Dunning
  Road\, closest to Orange Plaza (450 NY-211\, Middletown\, NY 10940).\n\nT
 his is a fully outdoor event. Face masks are encouraged and available for 
 free on site for safety and security.\n\nThe area is slightly sloped along
  Route 211 and there is also some non-flat grass to cross over to get to t
 he standing spots. There is flat sidewalk access and a place to gather th
 at is not in the grass as well.\n\nParking: Free parking available in the 
 Orange Plaza. The closest spots are near Red Lobster and Chase Bank.\n\nRa
 in or shine: No shade available\, so consider bringing a umbrella or weari
 ng a hat\, sleeves\, and sunscreen.\n\nCity of Middletown buses do NOT run
  on Sundays. If transportation is a barrier to you\, please reach out or c
 omment to coordinate carpooling.\n\nThere are plenty of free resources (su
 nscreen\, cold water\, snacks\, flags\, protest signs\, tambourines\, bug 
 spray\, umbrellas\, etc.) available for use while we rally. Feel free to t
 ake advantage of these when you meet with us! See you on Sunday!
