DESCRIPTION:As Muslim educators\, we carry not only the responsibility of t
 eaching but also the deep\, spiritual duty to nurture\, protect\, and upli
 ft our students. This gathering is a space for us to come together\, breat
 he\, and build with one another. It’s for those of us who believe that e
 mpathy belongs in every lesson plan\, that our faith calls us to care deep
 ly\, and that our classrooms can be places of peace and resistance at the 
 same time.\n\nThis event is about building genuine community among muslim 
 educators\, especially those who often feel alone in navigating their role
 s. It’s also a space to hold what's happening around the world\, especia
 lly in Gaza\, Sudan\, and to the Uyghur Muslims\, with compassion and acti
 on. We'll be raising money in support of these communities\, while also no
 urishing our spirits with food\, reflection\, and dua.\n\nCome if you're l
 ooking for connection. Come if you’re tired but hopeful. Come if you bel
 ieve that teaching is a form of worship. You are welcome here.\n\n“When
