Palestinian Refugees Under International Law

This workshop commences with the background of the Palestinian refugee crisis, with special attention to the legal status of Palestinian refugees under International Law.
The workshop places the Palestinian refugee case study within the broader context of International Law, International Human Rights Law, and International Refugee Law. Through a mix of online lectures, working group exercises, and interactive sessions, participants will engage actively and critically with key debates about the right of return, repatriation, self-determination, compensation, and protection.
This course is suitable for: activists, university students, experienced practitioners; researchers; parliamentarians and staff; members of the legal profession; government officials; and personnel of inter-governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
