Middle Eastern cuisine is perfect for plant-based food lovers. I can’t imagine life without my beloved hummus, a dish I eat almost daily. I will show you how to make the ultimate hummus with a couple condiments to compliment it, no oil falafel with tahini sauce(I’ve been working hard to make this good!), Tofu Shawarma–spiced tofu, air fried or baked and served with parsley salad, Flatbread and Mujadara, a brown rice and lentil dish with cabbage salad. I love this dish!
