We believe in the heal ing power of words and in the strength of community.\n\nAll proceeds fundr aised at this event will be split evenly between two incredible organizati ons\, providing much-needed relief to Palestinian and Lebanese communities .\n\nRoad to Freedom is a non-profit charity dedicated to providing displ aced invididuals fleeing war-torn countries with immediate aid and long-te rm support. Through their efforts\, they aim to restore dignity and stabil ity to those affected by conflict.\n\nThe Development Movement is a self- organized grassroots group of graduate students\, professors\, and agricul tural practitioners in Lebanon. They establish community kitchens in shelt ers\, empowering displaced families to cook their own meals and regain a s ense of normalcy. The group also collaborates with local farmers when poss ible to secure ingredients and create community gardens near shelters\, fo stering resilience and sustainability.\n\nRSVP is offered with a suggested contribution of $10 per ticket—but please give what you can.
