DESCRIPTION:Come join the community art project\, Poppies for Palestine\, w
 here we will gather to craft poppy flowers to bring awareness to the genoc
 ide being commited in Gaza\, to gain donations and send aid to the childre
 n affected\, and to inspire hope for a future of love\, compassion\, and f
 reedom.\nThis fundraiser and workshop event will take place during the fir
 st three Saturdays in July\, at three different\, queer owned spaces.\nTo 
 take part in the workshop we are asking for a sliding scale donation of $1
 5-20+\, during which we will teach you how to craft these flowers from wir
 e &amp\; duct tape. You can then choose to add your flowers to the communi
 ty art display\, or take them home with you as a memory. Come by yourself 
 or with a group! The workshop is from 1-4pm but you are welcome to come an
 d go as you please. Estimated time to craft 1 flower is approx. 20-30 minu
 tes\, but a group working together can make a lot more!\n\nDrinks availabl
 e.\n\nAll proceeds go to PCRF (Palestine Children's Relief Fund)\n\nSchedu
