About the comics:
ALI SULTAN: Sultan was the first professional Yemeni American comedian to be featured on television when Kevin Hart hand picked him to perform on Comedy Central’s “Hart of The City”. In 2018 he filmed a Half Hour Special for Comedy Central Arabia in Dubi. Named both Best Local Comic and Artist of the Year by City Pages Magazine, he represented Minnesota and won the Best in The Midwest competition at Gildas LaughFest. His album “Happy to be Here” debuted at #2 on iTunes and can heard on iTunes, Spotify, Sirius Xm and Pandora.
ALI HORMANN: Ali is St. Paul based comedian and writer. She has lived in big cities ever since growing up in a small northern MN town, but you’d never know by her accent. She enjoys learning new hobbies to distract herself from work except if that hobby is jumping rope because she can’t do it and never will.
ALEX SWALVE: Alex Swalve is a half Asian, former emo-kid who happens to have the ability to be funny for strangers. Growing up in a military family, Alex has traveled the world but decided to settle down in Minneapolis and has been doing comedy there for the past three years. He has performed at Sisyphus and at Minnesota showcases like Punchline Punchout, PSSYCTRL, and People of Comedy.
