Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste.

Situated in the center of the Emerald Mediterranean Sea, is the Island of Sardinia, Italy. Sardinia is an island of ancient traditions immersed in coves, wild and natural unspoiled land, and bright white sands. The Sardinian cuisine is influenced by the previous cultures that occupied it over the centuries; the interesting and delicious blends of Phoenicians, Greeks, Arabs, Spanish, and French foods. Join Chef Alba to make and enjoy Cozze al Profumo di Alloro (Mussels), Sardinian Pasta with Spicy Sausage and Ricotta, and Asparagus al Pecorino.
