 es from the Life of an Arab in Diaspora by Reem Assil\n\nReem Assil is a t
 wo-time James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: West\, a James Beard
  Award finalist for Outstanding Chef\, and the owner of Reem’s Californi
 a\, a restaurant with two locations in San Francisco.\n\nFor this event we
  have partnered with Pacifica's very own Rosalind Bakery! In addition to g
 raciously hosting us\, Matthew has selected The Heal Project\, an incredib
 le non-profit from San Mateo County\, to raise funds for in conjunction wi
 th the event.\n\nEach RSVP includes the opportunity to donate to The Heal 
 Project in San Mateo County.\n\nThe HEAL Project develops\, implements\, a
 nd supports hands-on\, outdoor curriculum focused on health\, the environm
 ent\, and agriculture. They teach students how their choices affect their
  health\, the environment\, and their communities.\n\nAbout Sabrosa!\n\nMa
 tilija Pantry presents Sabrosa\n\nA seasonal California &amp\; Mexico cook
 book club in the beachside town of Pacifica.\n\nEvery few months Matilija 
 hosts a potluck\, an invitation to try a recipe from the chosen cookbook t
 o share and connect through.\n\nEach gathering will partner with a local f
 ood based charity to accept donations that help support our community.\n\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
