Multitasking can be good for you when you hear Arabic as you stretch, move, play games, and practice mindfulness in a fun, nonjudgmental, family-like environment.
Join us and certified kids yoga instructor Farah Bekdash on Saturday, February 9th at 11:00 am to learn sea creature yoga poses and play sea-themed games.
No previous knowledge of Arabic or yoga required.
Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own.
