  • Historic\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBarbara is juiced from returning from her spiri
tual pilgrimage to Egypt and ready to share with you her personal experien
ce as well as the ancient metaphysical knowledge she has accumulated over
the years.\n\nThis is a spiritual pilgrimage and what makes this different
from your average trip to the museum (or to any place) is that you will b
e noticing the effect that the objects in the Egyptian collection have on
your body and spirit.\n\nThe Met Museum has an extensive Ancient Egyptian
collection. Many pieces are thousands of years old. As an ancient being yo
urself\, you will notice that certain objects\, symbols\, messages and eve
n jewelry may “light you up.” You may get a heavy or excited feeling i
n a certain part of your body – your stomach\, abdomen\, top of your hea
 d. You will be encouraged to notice any reactions your body is having whil
e walking through the exhibits. We will stop as a group periodically to sh
are and read these energies using our clairvoyance.\n\nYou will discover t
he spiritual practices &amp\; ancient rituals of ancient Egypt. Stand in f
ront of ancient statues of Sekhmet – the goddess of healing (and destruc
tion) – and get a healing. Learn the meaning of living a good life throu
gh a room of papyrus containing all the spells from the Book of the Dead.
You may even have the chance to see your ancient self in a 6000 year old m
irror!\n\nWe will be a tight group of 6-10 people so this event has limite
 d availability.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat the recent participants are saying:\
n“Oh my\, that was one of my best days in NYC! I loved loved the pilgrim
age to the Met with you. It was rich with spiritual experiences\, meaning
and relevant information that I was genuinely fascinated by. Your communic
ation style was clear\, gentle\, humble\, accessible and meaningful. I am
 so grateful\, thank you!”\n—Martha L.\n“With Barbara as my guide\, I
saw the Met’s Egyptian collection with fresh eyes and truly felt transp
orted—temporally\, spiritually\, even cosmically. Our morning together l
eft me with so much to chew on—ancient rituals and spiritual beliefs\, h
istory\, mystery\, and she introduced me to my new favorite deity. It was
an incredible\, lasting experience! The joy and inspiration has stayed wit
 h me.”\n—John\n“Thank you Barbara\, for an informative\, heart cente
red and interesting tour through the Egyptian wing of the met! It was fasc
inating and helpful to hear how highly the Egyptians valued a light heart
when leaving this life. Thank you for pointing out the Book of the Dead Pa
pyrus and some of what it contained! Also learning about the goddess Sekhm
et as a healer and protector\, was fascinating. Thank you also for the sol
ar plexus chakra practice! I am still meditating on many things you taught
us about this ancient culture.”\n—Much Gratitude\, Demitra V.I loved
this tour of the Egyptian wing. As a New Yorker who frequently visits the
Met Museum\, I often walk through and quickly look at the Egyptian artifac
ts. However on Barbara's tour I saw things I have never noticed or took th
e time to consider. It was enlightening to look at the exhibition in a new
way. I definitely plan on going back to revisit some of the pieces we spe
nt time with. I also plan on experiencing Barbara's spiritual tours again.
Highly recommend her spirituality in the city tours for New Yorkers and p
eople visiting the city!—Andrea Renaud\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGENERAL IN
