Join the Library’s Food Specialist, Emily Mathew, for a cooking workshop where you will learn to make food with a Lebanese theme, including:

• Shish Tawook (chicken kebabs)
• Tabbouleh salad
• Garlic sauce
• Hummus

We’ll provide all the supplies so you can make and sample these delicious homemade recipes.

Remember to bring your own to-go containers if you’d like to take some leftovers.
