 the heart of Dallas\, Texas\, on Saturday\, May 4th\, 2024. This year\, ou
 r gala is devoted to supporting The Jerusalem Fund’s Gaza Emergency Appe
 al\, amidst the heart-wrenching plight of our brothers and sisters in the 
 Gaza Strip\, who are enduring a genocide of unprecedented proportions in t
 he 21st century. As bombs relentlessly rain down\, destroying lives\, home
 s\, and entire cities and neighborhoods\, leaving millions displaced and h
 undreds of thousands teetering on the edge of starvation and famine\, batt
 ling dehydration\, and disease\, we gather with a renewed sense of purpose
 . Our collective effort this year is to honor the valiant sacrifices of ou
 r people in Gaza\, joining forces to deliver urgently needed relief and su
 pport. Together\, we aim to ease their profound suffering and kindle a ray
  of hope amid these profoundly dark times.
